Dan Morphy -
owner of Adamstown Antique Gallery. I was born
and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My parents were antique
collectors, so I can say that I got the bug at a very early age. I began
buying and selling coins and baseball cards at the age of 9. By the time
I got my drivers license, I had expanded my interest into antique toys
and advertising. I attended Penn State University, acquired degrees in both Biology & Business, with the intent of either going into medicine or pharmaceutical sales. |

My junior year in college, I decided to look into opening a gallery of my
own. I opened to the public in 1997, and have managed to draw over 250 of the finest dealers in various antiques and collectibles. My 20,000 square foot gallery is located along one of the nation's foremost antique strips in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I currently have many international dealers from such areas as the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. I take great pride in what I consider one of the finest quality antique galleries. |
I buy and sell antiques on a very large scale, and pay top dollar for
quality collections. I specialize in over a dozen areas including:
Advertising, Black Memorabilia, Coins, Dolls, Headvases, Marbles, Rookwood,
Roseville, Sports Cards and Memorabilia, Stoneware, Tobacciana, Toys, and anything else that might catch my eye. If you have a quality item or collection that you may be interested in selling or consigning, please contact me at the gallery. |

My wife Christine and I travel to many of the larger shows in the states,
so we would be more than happy to stop in and preview any collections that may be for sale. Thank you for visiting our site, and we hope to see you in the Gallery.
Respectfully yours, |
